Ao ler a documentação para subjectAltName, notei que meu certificado tem mostrado Version: 1enquanto a apresentação de documentação Version: 3.

No Windows, salve este script na sua pasta SSL como makeCert.bat. O certificado autoassinado que ele faz satisfaz os requisitos do Chrome ver 58+ para SAN (nome alternativo do assunto).
