Eu tenho o Windows 7 e tenho muita coisa estranha com a minha rede.
Algum tempo eu estava conectado através do roteador sem fio e meu IP era 192.168.2.103, o IP do roteador era 192.168.2.1 e outro IP era 192.168.2.100. O último que recebo da página "clientes DHCP ativos" da interface web do roteador e de "clientes sem fio" eu posso ver que 192.168.2.100 não (!) Pertencem ao meu endereço MAC. Roteador construído pelo EDimax.
Então, depois disso, desativei a função sem fio do roteador e reiniciei. Neste tempo eu não tinha ping para 192.168.2.1. Também não tive nenhuma outra conexão, nem wireless nem cabo, mas (!) Eu ainda tinha ping para 192.168.2.100 e não entendo o que é esse voodoo ...

Oi Rodnower :) Se você tivesse desconectado todos os tipos de interfaces de rede, seu computador não deve pingar em qualquer lugar. No entanto, não há loopback parece ser instalado, dependendo dos seus dados ipconfig.
Primeiro de tudo, tente remover através do gerenciador de dispositivos todos os tipos de dispositivos de rede (sem fio e com fio (cabo)).
Verifique também se você não possui registros no arquivo de hosts.
P.S. O que para "Microsoft Virtual WiFi Miniport Adapter # 2" você tem? (Tente removê-lo ... e verifique novamente)
