Problemas de permissões no OS X Leopard; isso indica adulteração ou malware?

Basicamente, parece que várias permissões foram alteradas de rwx------para rwxrwxrwx(ou bem próximas disso); alguns dos quais envolvem Java para Mac, eu acho. Recentemente, fiz um Archive & Install do OS X 10.5.

Isso indica alguma violação do meu sistema ou infecção por malware?

Na minha experiência, a maioria desses são os patches da Apple que não são muito limpos. Você descobrirá que os links simbólicos são para uma árvore com versão do plug-in, assim como nas estruturas que possuem Versions/Asubárvores.

Não tenho certeza do que fazer com esses should be ?---------; isso sugere lixo nos arquivos da lista técnica. Eu usaria pkgutil --file-infopara encontrar o arquivo de pacote certo e depois examiná-lo com outros pkgutilcomandos e / ou lsbompara ver o que estava errado, mas você precisaria saber algo sobre o formato de pacote da Apple para entender o problema.
