Recebi um mini despejo quando meu computador ficou azulado. O depurador mostra que foi um driver usb genérico que causou a falha, mas como saber qual? É a primeira vez que é exibida em tela azul e não adicionei novos dispositivos. Qualquer ajuda seria apreciada. Desde já, obrigado,

Muitos dispositivos USB expõem várias interfaces USB. Na terminologia USB, esses dispositivos são chamados de dispositivos compostos. Os sistemas operacionais Microsoft Windows 2000 e Windows 98 incluem um recurso pai genérico no driver de barramento USB (Usbhub.sys) que expõe cada interface do dispositivo composto como um dispositivo separado. No Microsoft Windows XP e Windows Me, esse recurso é otimizado e aprimorado transferindo-o para um driver independente chamado driver genérico USB (Usbccgp.sys). Usando os recursos do driver pai genérico, os fornecedores de dispositivos podem fazer uso seletivo do suporte ao driver fornecido pela Microsoft para algumas interfaces.
Não foi uma porta USB "única" que causou o travamento, mas o "driver pai". Eu recomendaria apenas reinstalar o driver.
