Obrigado.! Alterei a fonte no centro de software - alterei o download de "servidor principal" para "Servidor dos estados unidos". Então resolvi um problema com a atualização do sudo apt-get.

Algo que sempre tento fazer sempre que estou atualizando os pacotes do Ubuntu 12.04 é garantir que os baixarei do mais próximo / melhor espelho / servidor.

  1. Comece iniciando o centro de software.

  2. Selecione editar na barra de menus e selecione Fontes de software. ..

  1. Clique na seta suspensa para as opções Download de.

Olhando em https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+mirror/mirrors.ispros.com.bd-archive , parece que o espelho de Bangladesh ainda não foi atualizado com pacotes Precise. Você pode selecionar um espelho próximo diferente (a Índia vem à minha mente) ou registrar um bug sobre ele.

O erro que você recebeu é porque o link foi realmente removido. Isso pode ser temporário ou o servidor pode não estar funcionando adequadamente ou em manutenção. (No seu caso, os arquivos do pacote não foram carregados no servidor)
Para resolver isso, tente alterar a fonte de download (isso pode ou não funcionar, dependendo do servidor)
aberta software sources
clique na ubuntu softwareguia
, em seguida, Download fromescolher outros e, em seguida, clique em select best server
Depois que as fontes de software será automaticamente atualizado.
