De qualquer forma, você parece estar executando a 12.10 com pelo menos um arquivo da 13.04.

Para mim, diz 12.10.
O único caso que tenho aqui que mostra como esse é o 13.04 que ainda está em desenvolvimento (os Ans também consideram off-topic no Askubuntu):
Se você instalou alguns pacotes 13.04 (manualmente ou por meio de um PPA), pode ter misturado o 12.10 inteiro com os pacotes 13.04 e modificado as informações do sistema para mostrar as informações como você as vê agora.
