Estou testando várias funções em roteadores Cisco 7200 emulados, no GNS3, antes da compra real.
Uma das funções que tenho testado é a funcionalidade LNS. Tenho acompanhado principalmente esta postagem do blog em termos de minha topologia e configuração, embora os endereços e nomes de IP tenham mudado à medida que adaptei minha topologia existente.
Estou tentando descobrir por que as desistências estão ocorrendo ou, pelo menos, o que mais eu poderia estar procurando para diagnosticar o problema. Caso contrário, a conectividade entre o CPE e o meu LNS é boa, além das desconexões regulares.
Antes de prosseguir: devo mencionar que vi desistências aleatórias com o GNS3 quando a CPU do host está no máximo. Nesse caso, a CPU está alta, mas não está totalmente esgotada, e parece estar funcionando bem. Ainda suspeito que seja um problema específico do GNS3, mas não tenho certeza.
Na minha topologia:
Todos os roteadores (CPE, LAC, LNS) são:
Software Cisco IOS, software 7200 (C7200-ADVIPSERVICESK9-M), versão 15.0 (1) M, SOFTWARE DE LANÇAMENTO (fc2)
Processador Cisco 7206VXR (NPE400) (revisão A) com 245760K / 16384K bytes de memória.
- EDGE01 é o meu LNS.
- CPE-A é o roteador do cliente.
- Eu tenho o roteador upstream do meu laboratório atuando como um LAC, mas não estou focando nisso, pois quero simular a solução do problema como faria se o nosso LNS estivesse em produção - portanto, normalmente não tenho registros do LAC prontamente disponíveis .
Tudo parece estar funcionando bem, embora eu tenha notado que o dispositivo CPE parece desconectar e reconectar a cada poucos minutos. Embora os tempos limite sejam sempre semelhantes, eles não são exatamente os mesmos:

Testar esse tipo de recurso usando o GNS3 é simplesmente perda de tempo. Você está imitando um software complexo em tempo de execução e, além disso, está adicionando recursos complexos.
Não faz sentido 'tentar' o 7200, pois o 7200 é longo EoS: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/routers/7200-series-routers/end_of_life_c51-681414.html
Faça o download do CSR 1000v e teste algum hipervisor decente; você pode ter melhor sorte, mas no IOS-XE você terá diferentes modelos de configuração.
