Eu substituí o disco rígido número 1 em um QNAP TS-419U + com RAID5. É uma substituição de hot-swap sem desligar a máquina. Foi bom que o novo HD seja bom, mas não foi adicionado ao Raid 5.

o problema era uma partição em HD recondicionado, eu substitui o mesmo esquema de partição dos outros drivers em RAID, pelo aplicativo fdisk, e reiniciei o sistema. Agora o RAID está reconstruindo o RAID 5
